Come join this circle of women in their first year of motherhood. The migration into motherhood—often called matrescence—is one of the most profound rites of passage in a woman’s life. It can be beautiful, disorienting, expansive, and overwhelming all at once!

This therapist-led, process group offers a soft place to land as you navigate the many changes that come with this transitional season. Each week we will explore the Four Elements of Radical Transformation (from Jessie Harrold’s Mothershift), while holding space for one another to process, reflect, and connect.

Weekly Themes:

1. Introduction to Matrescence

2. Earth Phase: Orienting to Change

3. Water Phase: Navigating All the Feels

4. Air Phase: Finding Your Wings

5. Fire Phase: Exploring Your New Identity

6. Ritual and Sending

Together we will slow down and make meaning of this season of change.

The cost is $50-$70 per session, and you can choose what feels best for you:
