  • I am an in-network provider with Premera and LifeWise and out-of-network (OON) with all other insurance companies. If you have an insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of the cost of services. The amount of money you get back varies based on your plan.

If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show up for a session, you will be charged a cancellation fee. I always try to see if we can reschedule in the same week to avoid late cancellation fees.

  • If you do not have insurance that you intend to use for services, it is your right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). A GFE is an estimate of the cost of services, and is available to you upon scheduling our first appointment, or upon request. Learn more about the No Surprises Act.
