I offer weekly therapy sessions for individuals hoping to heal, grow, and thrive. My practice focuses on supporting women through the transition to motherhood, perinatal mental health, food & body issues, as well as ongoing psychotherapy.


Matrescence Support + Perinatal Mental Health

  • For birthing persons and partners navigating the perinatal & postpartum season.

  • Topics often explored:

    • Hoping to Start a Family (conception, adoption, etc.)

    • Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs)

    • Pregnancy Loss (infertility, miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth) & Traumatic Birth Experience

    • Transition to Motherhood & Identity as Parent

    • Body Image Struggles & Body Changes

    • Transformation + Ritual Practices


Individual Psychotherapy

  • For individuals experiencing various mental and emotional challenges looking for ongoing support.

  • Issues treated:

    • Grief & Loss

    • Relationship Issues

    • Stress

    • Spiritual Concerns & Questions


Food & Body Issues

  • For anyone struggling with food and body issues, including recovering from an eating disorder.

  • Issues treated:

    • Disordered Eating, Perpetual Dieting

    • Body Image Struggles

    • Overexercise and/or Relationship to Movement

    • Stepping Down from ED Treatment

  • In working with food and body issues, I use an approach informed by Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and Body Trust. I hold a weight neutral standpoint and encourage clients to explore the ways in which diet culture and internalized stigma have impacted their body image, relationship to movement, and approach to food.
