Matrescence Support + Perinatal Mental Health
- For birthing persons and partners navigating the perinatal & postpartum season.

- In working with food and body issues, I use an approach informed by Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and Body Trust. I hold a weight neutral standpoint and encourage clients to explore the ways in which diet culture and internalized stigma have impacted their body image, relationship to movement, and approach to food.
