  • After filling out the Client Insurance Form in the client portal, I’ll be able to submit in-network claims on your behalf. For out-of-network claims, you may have to submit claims yourself, and I can provide you with a superbill.

  • If you do not have insurance that you intend to use for services, it is your right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). A GFE is an estimate of the cost of services, and is available to you upon scheduling our first appointment, or upon request. Learn more about the No Surprises Act.
